Japanese cooking class
Akiko, your hostess, who is originally from Japan, can teach you how to prepare Sushis, tempuras or tori karaage.Akiko learned the art of cooking, in her family's home in Kyoto in addition to studying with Japaneese chefs. We require a reservation because we need to organize the supplies for the cooking class. You will enjoy eating what you will have prepared !
The class is generally held on Saturday around 11 am. The number of participants is limited to six the minimum is two.
In Japan, the Japanese wish you a good appetite by saying at the beginning of the meal :
« itadakimasu », literally translated « I am eating now », then after eating « gotchisosama
deshita », which means «many thanks for this meal ».
The cost of the class is 45 € or 55 € per person depending on the number of dishes.
